As technology in the cloud increases, there has been a lot of improvements in the maturity and firmness of cloud storage technologies. Many end-users and IT managers are getting very excited about the potential benefits of cloud storage, such as being able to store and retrieve data in the cloud and capitalizing on the promise of higher-performance, more scalable, and cut-price storage. In this thesis, we present a typical Cloud Storage system architecture, a referral Cloud Storage model and Multi-Tenancy Cloud Storage model, value the past and the state-of-the-art of Cloud Storage, and examine the Edge and problems that must be addressed to implement Cloud Storage. Use cases in diverse Cloud Storage offerings were also abridged.

The present study reports on a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectroscopy method for the analysis of Cilostazol drug substance in its formulation. The materials utilize a Zorbax SB C18 analytical column with electrospray ionization and a triple quadrupole mass detector in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode, resulting in a short analysis of 1.5 min runtime and the analyte elute at 0.76 min. Change from SIM to MRM mode resulted in increased sensitivity and low quantitation limit which in turn produces a detection limit of 1 ng/ml. The obtained method was validated in a range of 5-100 ng/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The percentage recovery of the present method was found to be in the range of 94% to 100%. The developed method was validated as per the ICH guidelines. Keywords

Objective: To assess and compare the effectiveness of Nutrition education on the knowledge and attitude of adolescent girls towards the concept of aesthetic foods. Methodology: Quantitative approach. A quasi-experimental design was adopted to assess the effectiveness of Nutrition education on knowledge and attitude towards the concept of aesthetic foods among 150 adolescent girls selected by a convenient sampling method studying undergraduate courses at a selected College in the Coimbatore district. Nutrition education about the role of nutrition on aesthetics was administered and the level of knowledge and attitude was assessed by using a self-structured knowledge questionnaire and a 4-point Likert scale and the pre and post-test levels of knowledge and attitude were compared. Results: The research findings revealed that the post-test mean knowledge score of adolescent girls was 7.64 with an SD of 1.04 and their post-test mean attitude score was 30.22 with an SD of 3.57. The calculated paired ‘t’ value (55.222 and 31.529) for knowledge and attitude shows that there was a high statistical difference at p<0.001. Conclusion: The results revealed that nutrition education on aesthetic dietary practices was an effective method of education in enhancing the knowledge and attitude towards the concept of aesthetic foods. Keywords

Cirrhosis and fibrosis are mainly characterized by the frequent and repeated inflammation of the renal cells. These renal disorders may also lead to hepatocarcinoma and even death, so we are in need of complementary and alternative medicine to treat renal diseases. The Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) seed is reported to have medicinal properties and pharmacological activities like anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant. Here, we have evaluated various extracts (Water, Ethanol, Methanol, Hexane and Benzene) of Glycine max (L.) to predict their phytoconstituents and found that methanolic extract has more phytoconstituents. The finest chemicals in the methanolic extract, such as 3-Methoxy-hexane-1,6- diol, Choline, 9,12,15-Octadecatrien-1-ol, and tetradecane, were docked against Transforming Growth Factor-(TGF-β) a cytokine, transcription factors such as Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor (PPAR) and Pregnene X Receptor (PXR), and Nuclear Factor kappa-b (NF-KB) a protein complex. Comparatively, Choline shows higher negative binding energies against all the receptors and possesses hepato-protective activity. Keywords
